***HORRIBLE HORRIBLE FACTORY AVOID AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE SCAMMERS***
They sent me items that were marked with the incorrect material and the necklaces were all the wrong sizes. the items also changed color and tarnished within days and they had never even been worn yet. some of them even arrived with scratches and dents. the factory refused to allow me to return the items or provide any sort of refund or compensation. their only solution was to make me send all the items back to “fix” them but I would have to pay the shipping fee and why would I trust them to “fix” it after they already made so many mistakes. additionally their customer service is horrible and they lack empathy and understanding. I paid over $1,000 USD for this order and I cannot sell or use any of the product.
